the vast majority of min wage workers are not high school students but adults who have to feed themselves and often families too
the minimum wage should be the living wage

So sure raise the minimum wage for all.
Ends up a Zero-sum game
Fast food - Wallmart - Target - Car wash place - all the places people go to buy anything - Prices go up equal to wage increase.
When the minimum wage goes up (not saying it shouldn't) Psychologically speaking many people will feel more better for a While
Bottom line - At the end of the following month all those workers will end up with the same amount of money to spend as the prior month.
Zero-sum game
In actually practice the cost of doing business increases just a bit and is passed along to all - which means 6 months later all who had wages go up will discover a minor amount of more wallet empty pain.
tl;dr? Raise minimum wage - Will change nothing.
Solution long term? Education to break out of the quagmire -

Serious question: why $15? Why not $150 and then the minimum wage would be $300k a year.

Jew or in my case X-Jew
Bottom line see Metæ

Yep the actually number really makes no difference - other then Gov wud have to print new bills so the former $20 becomes $20,000
Which of course means the cost of Gov overhead increases a bit

Lots n Lots n Lots of MC members were born of Christian parents.
Almost all of them are no longer Christians. There is NO Religion Gene.
Of course all Christians march in lock step to Jesus the Jew. Svet for instance.

You mean you have nothing to say since $15 is just an arbitrary number.

I fully understand why you think Jew and $$ equate. So there is no point to me making any issue of that with you.
I am still waiting for someone to show me Y its not a Zero-Sum-Game

Why do you fear income inequality so much? What compels you to attempt to crush the masses under your heel? Is it the faint, distant scent of Zyklon B in the air that makes you so nervous?

Crush under my heels? I do not wear high heels.
If you are asking why I do not support' total commie-socialism where only in theory everyone gets paid the same no matter education degree or willingness to work.
Name me one place on Earth where such exists.

The efficiency gains of automation have provided more than enough surplus income to spread the wealth such that this rebalancing of income does not net out to massive inflation. Unfortunately that will require some legislative action and enforcement that borders on fascism and is ripe for abuse.

The point is necessarily going to college, but getting some fuckin' education. As much as I'd love to keep living my thuggish ruggish ways, I know I should stop at least for my college career..

Never have owned a Diesel car. Have no clue about sexual tastes.
Just that currently Diesel repair has a huge number of jobs available and community colleges offer at no cost or low cost courses.
Beats a Mc D's job.

I have a couple of friends who are certified diesel mechanics. On a fag scale of 1-10 with 10 being ultra flaming gay and 1 being not gay at all, I'd say they'll be as faggy as 2-4 depending on the day.
Edit: Forgot to mention one of them recently Eiffel Tower'd a girl with one of our other mutual friends.
