There was a problem with just that situation at a local pub. The women weren't comfortable with a guy in a dress in their toilets, and he wasn't comfortable in the mens.
So instead of all of society changing to suit this one guy like he wanted, they told him that he can't just change his pants and then go into the womens and if he continued then he would be banned. So he laid a complaint about the bartender calling him sir, it was investigated and the bartender got suspended.

I don't think you understand who the cissy bathroom is for since I assume you didn't watch the episode.
The bathroom is for anyone who felt uncomfortable sharing a restroom with a transgender person. The word "cissy" here is also using the old definition of the word "sissy" to call such people cowards.

And that is why I made the reference, I was saying that the bar needs a cissy bathroom for those types of people.
Of course, this would get abused by those who feel like both the men's and women's bathrooms are filthy and want a cleaner alternative.

Ive seen other trannys out and about using the mens. They just go in a stall, and don't try to use the urinal in a dress. No one has a problem with a man going to the toilet in the mens room, regardless of pants style. People looking for trouble might have a problem, but those people are always looking for trouble and will find it regardless.
