Ratings for Congress’ overall performance have dipped.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just nine percent (9%) of Likely U.S. Voters think Congress is doing a good or excellent job overall.
Those are the worst ratings since the arrival of the new Republican-led Congress in January.
I will be increasing my intake of popcorn and watch the right wing of party going ape shit to stop congress from doing anything until Obama leaves office.
With 91% of voters pissed at Congress - this is going to be a blast.

It does not make me happy that USA Gov is in fact a dysfunctional gov't.
From the get go as you damn well no - When Obama was elected the right wing went ape shit and has done their best to prevent Obama from doing much. The fact that in many ways they have not got their way keeps the right wing acting like chimpanzees in the zoo.
I made a huge amount of money in the last two elections. I pray I can do it again. In a poker game everyone tires to keep the best poker face and not show tells.
In gambling on the election all the players are totally open about their biases. I have been totally open about the sources I use to pick my bets. Its still illegal in USA for anyone to take bets on the US elections. Not true in Eu. All one needs is an address in Eu or Australia will do which is how I do it and a bank account outside of USA.
Also all that dysfunction we have and yet look at the health of the stock market. Jobs - Business for the most part are happy. Tax's still allow me to put cash in wallet and one day hand over a nice amount to daughter other then what I already have.
Its a case where out Gov dysfunction is not so much so good for liberals yet is also not so much good for the right wing. Sort of a Null currently.
