There are several people in real life that know I use this site and actually enjoy reading all our bullshit. The thing is, they knows it's all bullshit too. I would say not all of society dismisses trans individuals as insane. If anything, it's just a taboo (a social or religious custom prohibiting or forbidding discussion of a particular practice or forbidding association with a particular person, place, or thing) subject to most people.

They only have a "need" for a third gender because gays are killed. The "need" here is for gay and bi muslim males to have sex with someone and not get put to death.
