Gosh, that's a big question.
I think what would interest me most would be something related to social psychology. Something like discrimination, or maybe something to do with how people behave in groups. Something that's part of everyday human behaviour, but is interesting to look at closely. But we'll see. As I understand, if you go into Psychology research as a job, you have to take what work you can find. At least at first.
