The problem is that I know nothing about human bodies. I did figure out that putting biological matter into the hole in my face keeps away those pains and desires in the stomach area. But now, I feel this immense pressure that will not go away, down on the lower, back pat of me, between those two sacks of fat that are right above the leg area. I felt around, and there seems to be a sort of hole back there. It feels very tight and, how do I say it, puckered. Now, it feels like something heavy is inside of that hole, and wants me to push it out, but I am worried! I do not want to lose an internal organ. Do you humans please have any advice?

You need to evacuate your bowels. It's typical for humans to do so into a bowl and then feast on the product. It's necessary to maintain internal metabolism.

sure, they have regeneration, but their potential isn't as high as saiyans and they don't come back stronger when they get beaten to within an inch of their lives, piccolo got all his power from fusions, training in the hyperbolic time chamber did jack shit for him

I think that theoretically, a Namekian could reach similarly great heights if they fused enough.
Really, all the Namekians should just fuse themselves into one guy. It is the only way they can stand a chance in such a universe of power creep.
