It says for ban evasion. Seriously, please believe me. A few months ago, I was also accused of ban evading, then Meta said it was a troll using a Hong Kong proxy. This must be the same. Thank you. One time I explained this stuff to the lead tech of a company and they just looked at me blankly. It was great. They had a problem of spam being sent from their domain and wanted to make it stop, which this is a pretty good solution to.
