This would be the issue. If you plan on posting in a thread you've posted in before then either don't use this "clear history" shit or set a memorable name and password, and restore your UID after it happens. There is a link to do so in the notice welcoming new users.

Samefagging within a thread is dishonest to the other posters. Another option would be to use a name+tripcode so you don't appear as multiple anonymous posters.
