I’d just like to interject for a moment. What you’re referring to as Linux, is in fact, GNU/Linux, or as I’ve recently taken to calling it, GNU plus Linux. Linux is not an operating system unto itself, but rather another free component of a fully functioning GNU system made useful by the GNU corelibs, shell utilities and vital system components comprising a full OS as defined by POSIX.
Many computer users run a modified version of the GNU system every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of GNU which is widely used today is often called “Linux”, and many of its users are not aware that it is basically the GNU system, developed by the GNU Project.
There really is a Linux, and these people are using it, but it is just a part of the system they use. Linux is the kernel: the program in the system that allocates the machine’s resources to the other programs that you run. She can propose a law to her State Senate or propose such to a congress-critter at the federal level. In her State she can probably propose the law herself or get enough signatures to put it on the ballot via referendum depending on her local regulations. I am not, of course, a lawyer nor did I play one on television.

I think what you're trying to say is that we have to accept Christ's free gift of salvation in order to enjoy the eternal benefits of His Kingdom. Although that is correct, it is not what I meant at all.
The Bible should be provided to every household because it is the most accurate history, law and science textbook available, thusly, by doing so, the government would no longer need to spend billions of dollars per year on education or healthcare, because every household would have access to the finest repository of knowledge available to Mankind: the Holy Bible. Thanks.

It is just obvious. God wants us to worship him and obey his whims- but he also gave us free will. This can only be a sort of morbid sadism. Ultimately, he wants unconditional obedience from his creations, yet he wants it to be given willingly. He wants people to chose that mental slavery.
