I'm chain-smoking and playing around with this phone on The Internet. I keep accidentally hitting shit and getting thrown off the path I'm on. This site seems pretty quiet. Are there any other sites like this one with more activity but the same atmusphere? I've been meandering about but I don't know specifics anymore. I was off-line for years and forgot how to Internet.

Because effexor made me sleep 14 hours a day and I don't think I need it any more
Withdrawal was horrible. Two days in and I woke up at 5 am w hallucinations and my body full of electricity reverberating from head to toe. 2 months of brain zaps - disorienting moments where your mind appears to leave your skull for a half second at a time when your heart rate increases. Disorientation and inability to figure out directions.
I'm alright, baseline mood is lower than it was but very manageable.
Take your meds if you need them dude.

I went cold turkey on lexapro, which was a bad withdrawal (terrible anxiety for a week, feeling nauseous I was so anxious) and wellbutrin, which I cant remember how the withdrawal was (guess not so bad, I had weed for both). They were not very high doses of either, but I had been on both for months.

I was on Effexor, and when I ran out of money and had to stop for a week or two, I got those brain zaps too. I also had hallucinations and could not sleep. Now I take Cymbalta. It makes me fatigued and drowsy during the day too. It sucks. But the only alternative is to live with massive depression. So your depression is better? Are you willing to live with a lower baseline, versus the side effects?

Your dosage isn't high enough, you're not getting enough nri action is the issue.
I'm just not willing to deal with a bunch of terrible doctors over months and months to finally get an rx that's not fucked up. Doctors are shit.
