I'm headed to my local Applebee's to consume four entire Blooming Onions. I'll wash them down with two glasses, 12 fluid ounces each, of quality American Bud Light lager. First of all you all need a more better way to view images. Its one steak and one baked potato.
Typical of New York steaks is a kinda Triangle shaped - Bigger at one end then the other but can be cut to be same at each end - just more typical as in photo.

Also its NOT in 2nites dinner plans - Dinner party with lots of Sushi - One guest is bringing over a Peking Duck - A Korean couple will probably bring over Korean beef dish but maybe some other Korean dish. About 40 people and its mostly pot luck. One Chinese place will be delivering Stuff Seafood is the key theme-
I am bringing 12 pounds of King Crab legs and 4 bottles of Champagne (California) cause of a special request for Schramsberg.
