Not me in particular, but the whole company is folding. For the past year and a half I've been working for a well-respected document services company, it's a small business that's been around since the 60's and now I'm its last employee. Because dumb faggot Chinese stopped buying oil and killed the Houston economy.

The owner came and told me he's folding the company and it's been running at a loss for a year. It's a matter of weeks now. In the interim I get to clean out the offices and storage space of 30+ years of paper old computers and furniture. Some offices, I shit you not, have not been opened for 20 years. It's like an archaeological dig.

I plan to celebrate by drinking a lot. I bought myself a new watch and a handle of gin to console myself.
