He is a threat to people who visit and work at places that he frequents. But I do not ever think that he would use something like a gun or a knife.

Potentially. As others have implied, the idiocy with the pepper spray is probably about as dangerous as he'll get under normal circumstances. And that's not too dangerous at all.
But then, he did once nearly run over Michael Snyder in his car. That's pretty dangerous.

m8, have you seen his new Sonichu comics? They're hilarious. At one point, Blake (his Shadow the Hedgehog ripoff) gets mistaken for a black man, and he rants about how he doesn't have "sunburn skin".
