We had a huge argument at the company I work for currently. There was this one guy who things he is god and he can do whatever he can. He started insulting some of us so I turned around to the 2 guys who founded the company and said: "You know what offers I had when I joined you... I'll take one of them right now if this guy stays with us."
They turned around to the idiot and said "Sorry, we can not continue working with you."
Felt good, I don't like idiots.

I totally believe him.
I have few regrets and one of them is not taking up the owners offer to fire a VP if needed. I waited a full year too long and so many people suffered as a result.

I got fired last year for telling some fat bitch that I don't like fat people after she told me I was being disrespectful. It felt good finally sticking up for myself.. Being the mean employee is always fun and I hope the best for the guy you got fired.

Thats such a juvenile thing to do. It says a lot about you. Its not the same as when someone loses their cool for a minute normally.
