$9 will buy a toy gun and a face mask.
Rob a bank and make sure they do not insert a dye pack. You may need to rob 2-3 banks for the 10K. You may need to stash that cash and be willing to wait in prison for a few years but when you get out you will still have the cash.
You could also try day trading and its a really good time to buy cheep and sell high.

Are those safe to carry around?
They look pretty fake, I don't think anyone would consider that a counterfeit with an obvious barcode on the notes.
I don't use counterfeit dollars, Canadian or otherwise.
Monopoly notes? Different story. I may be capable of making custom Monopoly notes for gaming.

I suspect his fail to cut a hole in the paper he glued the napkins to - he failed to cut a hole so clerk could look through PLUS - no raised printing just might not have the right feel.
