It is a total rip-off of Predator, but with even worse acting and a ridiculous sub-plot about the Catholic Church trying to deny evolution, even though the Pope in 1950s accepted it. It also suffers terribly from Horror Movie Syndrome, i.e. when characters do stupid deadly things that no normal human would ever do.
