but i have really been digging codeine lately, what is the next step up from that in terms of painkillers/opiates? preferably something legal

With a script, I hear OxyContin is quite a good time.

It you aren't ready for that I can attest to Vicodin. However, I think heroin is better and cheaper than both.

Painkillers are bad, though. My brother and all his friends became addicts cause of them. I assume you know your business, though.

You find one and call and make an appointment. I don't think that you usually need a referral. I didn't need one and Florida is obsessed with catching drug seekers.
