My own view is that every non-native in the US is either an illegal immigrant, or is only there because an ancestor was such. Also, Mexicans are either fully, or half, indigenous (Maya). So why do modern whites get so bent out of shape about immigrants? I would like your opinion as a lawyer, and as a human, please.

Personally, I don't blame them. It's hard for me to hate on then for wanting to love here. I get they didn't do things the proper way, but I really have a hard time caring until I think about it in terms of them becoming a voting bloc that's largely ignorant. I'm cool with their kids, though. I don't like the idea of anchor babies because of my beliefs on reckless breeding, but I don't blame either party for wanting the American dream, even if it's a myth. At least we are less poor here. Still better than being poor in a poor country. By a large margin.
