A ridiculous amount.

The kids call it 'Delving' and they try to stay awake as long as possible on it as a challenge.

I do not recommend overdosing on Benadryl.

more than 100mg, I take dph but i dont take it to get high, i take it to go to sleep.

unfortunately I have to take over 100mg to sleep and the moment it goes into effect the "Trip" is too shitty to stay awake on so i just go to sleep.

I took 10 when I tried it. Felt super heavy, very mild hallucinations. I knew I was trippin. I ended up knocking out.
