Sensationalized. If it was that bad, its because the person doing it had no idea what they are doing. This is done every day to people in hospitals and psych wards around the country. Im sure its unpleasant, but its not in any way shape or form, torture. However, our government was involved in torture, and has yet ot be held accountable. Which is really fucked up, cause some of those folks were likely innocent, imagine being innocent and being tortured. There is nothing you can do to get it to stop except lie and hope they believe you.

The most common way of tube feeding is through a hole in the stomach because they other way can be painful and psychologically disturbing.
