Let's say I own 100 acres in Ottumwa, Idaho. One day, Farmer Black comes to the fence and asks me to sell him the back forty. I say, "Nope, not selling." The next day, Farmer Brown comes to the fence and asks me to sell him the back forty. I say "Nope, not selling". The day after that, Farmer Jones drops by for a beer and says "Clem, I'd like to buy that there back forty you ain't usin'. What do you say?" By this time, I've changed my mind, and we make a deal on the spot.
Assuming Jones is white and the other two aren't, will the Feds prosecute me for daring to sell my own property to a friend?

Actually, I originally thought of having Jones offer his 18 year old daughter's hand in marriage in exchange for the back forty, but I figured that would complicate the issue, particularly if I mentioned she was blond-haired, blue eyed, drop-dead gorgeous and perfectly willing to marry me.
