Sex and gender are two different things. If you acknowledge that some women are more feminine than others, that some people are androgynous, etc., you're acknowledging there are more than two genders and it's not a biologically assigned category.

They are identical. The problem is some people have mental issues that makes them think they aren't what their body is. Obviously these people need therapy to help them overcome their issues (this is what they refer to as gender). Then there is, in the tranny worldview, their sex which they are unhappy with. Tranny science, maybe. When you are born there are three options: 1) You are male. 2) You are female. 3) You are a freak of nature and some kind of mix of the two. That's all there is to it. Your body is either male or female, and your brain is just another part of your body. Like I said some people are delusional and believe they might be male while they aren't.
