None, sadly.

I think I'd really enjoy it, but I feel sort of "locked out" of the series since I didn't play the two before. So I wouldn't feel like I have a full grasp of what's going on, and I wouldn't be able to import any choices.

You can simulate a save in Witcher 3 from Witcher 2, some guy asks you questions about the choices in that game. Also the games themselves are pretty independent you just have to know about certain characters and lore etc and there is a massive character database to help you learn about them and you can read on Wikipedia basically

You can skip The Witcher (I ended up skipping it after losing my save about 35 hours in because I had to reinstall Windows) but you should probably play Witcher 2, it's really really good and only takes about 30 hours to complete.

You have to swing the camera down to whatever you want to click on, annoying but thats the way it works now i guess, I'm sure there will be a mod soon to change that

Zero. As an adult, I don't play with toys. Thanks.
