An alternate history where Nazi Germany won the war and now seek the resources in the Middle East where the local Muslim population now form several resistance groups to fight them while the Nazis use propaganda and other cruel methods of dealing with them much like the Jews and the LGBT.

They should also introduce a new fuhrer who is either stupider and/or crueler than Adolf Hitler. It shouldn't be black or white either so both sides should do questionably amoral things in order for survival.
