I've used soup like what my mother says she used. I've been having better luck with it. I also exfoliate with avo vera gel which from my Googling is some of the best stuff to use apparently.

There are a few easy ways to do this. Before you get wet,gently rub the areas that you will be sharing with a dry loofah or a brush.
Or wait until you are in the shower and use a body or face scrub with granules in it. Rise this off and applg your shaving cream. This happens before you shave
