Cat brings a bird home, bird escapes and makes a dramatic escape out the window. Cat catches bird halfway out. Cat will not let go of bird. Bird has tearful eyes and is watching me. What a sad little bird with a sad little ending. Sad.

My cat is a birdkiller. She's lazy and feckless most of the time but when she sees prey she's transmogrifies into a leopard by the powers of Satan. It's like something out of a NatGeo documentary.
