I just wanted to say that you should expect the United States of America to flex their Imperial muscles in the coming future and govern themselves as the sole caretaker of all online activities. This means for countries in say the Arab World. All they can do is censor the entire Internet from their citizens as the U.S. made it so that if you do not like their policies then you either obey them forcefully or disconnect entirely. This makes it possible for them to know who is and isn't online. The U.S. controls a large margin of the Middle East by 2030 and by 2046 almost all countries serve their American masters.
Why am I telling you this? Because somewhere down the road the U.S. targets sites that had any association, even if it was just a one time association such as one post, that had anything to do with sexual predators or child molesters. This means they shut down sites such as, but not limited to, 4chan, 420chan, Tinychan, Minichan, and AnonTalk_1 (yes, Kimmo comes back). So enjoy these sites while they last, because when the war in the holy land starts up again, you're all fucked.

The 29th season was about finding people who exploit the law and make websites specifically for chatting with underage teenagers.
