Catherine in 2012 the U.S. Embassy in Libya was attached by Islamic terrorists as part of the uprising there, and the U.S. Ambassador was murdered (along with some other personnel).

In this debate Mitt Romney claimed that Obama refused to call it an act of terror during his speech addressing the attack in the Rose Garden section of the White House, therefore refusing to address the actual problem. The implication therefore being that Obama is soft on terrorism. Romney claimed that Obama didn't call it an act of terror for two weeks after, and only did so as a response to public pressure.

Obama responds by saying "read the transcript", and the chair corrects Romney. The chair confirms that Obama did call it an act of terror in his Rose Garden speech and that the idea he didn't only came up two weeks after the fact.

The author of the video therefore claims that Romney was caught out lying about Obama in order to discredit him during the debate.
