I took 150 pieces of kæstur hákarl and chewed on them until there was nothing left to chew. There wasn't a bad taste, maybe at the end there was a slight fishy taste. I didn't get any stomach aches nor did i throw up and have diarrhea. I did yet enjoy a very good, mild, but very good mood uplift.
