I have looked all over online and found everything, except for one thing.
I am not one of those people who have a reason to want to commit suicide. You know the ones; lost loved one, financial issues, divorce/splitting up, lost everything, etc....
I am one of the very few(I don't know the actual numbers), who have no reason to want to commit suicide. I really don't have any reason too.
I'm married to a beautiful woman, have 3 great kids, great paying job, and own my own home(completely paid off).
But yet, for some odd reason or another, I just want to do it. It has become a bad habit in the last 2 yrs of trying to find a way to do it.
I don't suffer from depression, I very seldom drink, the wife and I have our arguments but they are far apart and very few.
So I am wondering, what do you call the person who has no reason, but yet, is just ready to die?
And no, I'm not a newbie here, I have been posting here for about 2 yrs. So yes, I have seen the "suicide for under 20 bucks" thread, thanks anyway.

It used to be just a random times, like every few months or so, until about two years ago, when it became a normal routine.
No, I have not seen a therapist about it. My wife doesn't even know about this.

but i mean i have thought about it to, not doing it but just what happens when your brain shuts down, the process. I've read a lot of things about it and it sounds interesting but it also sounds crazy as fuck, but ive more thought about it when it comes to instant death, like when the brain starts shutting down lots of things happen, you hallucinate, etc. but instant death obviously the brain wouldn't have time to do all of this

Haven't thought about it.... Just don't want the wife thinking I'm going nuts. I'm convinced....almost..... That I won't do it, but I don't want to put her through the bullshit, nor do I want to end up in a nut house.

It's just weird how the brain works sometimes. I think about it a lot as well, and the different methods, and I want to do it, but then I don't want to. Some days the urges are stronger to want to, and other days its like I can just shrug it off.

i dont plan on killing myself any time soon, for as many faults life has- life is still kinda cool.
