I'll send you a new copy of my instance, it should have all of the mods installed.

Why? It's just the pocket edition. It's literally made for mobile platforms.
They probably made this version because Win10 is now universal among all platforms.

It's not that hard.
1) Download forge and run the installer.
2) Download desired mods' jar file and drop it into the mods folder wherever your .minecraft folder is.
3) Play the game.
