Yeah look on DeviantArt for themes and start orbs, on windows 7 at least there was a program called Start Orb Replacer which might actually work on 10 still but idk. Rainmeter will let you put live widgets on your desktop, you can install rocketdock for a free dock or $10 for Objectdock, get Stardock Iconpackager to replace system icons with your own ones, get Windowblinds to install new skins, WindowsFX has some cool animations, you can use the Bing Desktop App to rotate the bing daily picture as your wallpaper every day also check out Ultimate Windows Tweaker
