I talked to one once. She looked sooo young, and sounded retarded but I think it was just speech impediment that was never addressed. I asked if she was ok and if someone was making her do it, and she kept trying to tell me she was 26. She tried to get into my vehicle a few times. A cop was sitting at the corner and did nothing (he maybe was waiting for someone to pick her up.
