I'm experiencing all of these except crying spells and breast tenderness. Also, my abdominal bloating is from an exceptionally high carbohydrate diet.

You could use pamprin to help with some of the pain and bloating. Warm showers, and heating pads (either electric or you can put dry rice in a clean sock) on the problem areas, drink a lot of fluids, get some sun every day, and eat healthier/take vitamins. You should also start supplementing with small amounts of fiber daily.

Nothing can be done about the mood swings and such

You cried for hours or off and on for hours? Your mood needs stabilization, I'm no doctor, but have you tried massive quantities of psychedelics? They never help me long term, but immediately after I feel like I have all the answers to life and I feel good cause I'm thinking superficially about things.

My prices just dropped. I had not gotten any in two months. I thought it was legalization knocking the prices down across the country, but a friend suggested my guy might just believe I was getting from someone else (which was partly true, I got an 8th from a buddy, but not a reliable source).
