The most visible ones are Meta, Fake anon, Becky and r04r. I believe that Fox and Lawrence also have mod privileges, but you don't see them so much, these days.
Additionally, a smattering of trusted users have limited mod powers, but they're meant to be anonymous.
Squeegee can also create a mod hyperlink on his name, but that is the extent of his powers.
