If I'm not mistaken, most of them will be brought now with Windows 10 to the same feature set, so Pocket Edition will have all the features of full Minecraft etc...
Hopefully Minecraft 2 will be an universal application, same across all devices.

Actually, the dev team that works on PE/W10E said that this version might have more that is NOT in the main game.
For example, the option to place banners on boats.
