sometimes, yes. but not really brigading. mostly i use the upvote/downvote like it's an I agree/disagree button. i know you're supposed to only downvote things that don't "add to the conversation," but sometimes people say stuff and all you can really do is angrily downvote. so i do.
who really cares though? more often than not i cba to even login to downvote something that pisses me off. it's got to kinda be especially hair-fire inducing for me to do that.
