I am unable to report posts that violate rules to the admins. I do not see a “report” link on posts.

No, that feature is working as intended. It was implemented it to balance out the kook feature.

I can't cite from my phone, because its too small and too close to the edge of the screen. I have to quote and delete or manually input the post number and it grinds my gears

When I try to press cite it highlights the word, tries to copy the link, or it just quotes.

When I reply first and open the box the screen gets just a tiny bit wider and I am able to press the cite button.

If it highlights the word or tries to copy it then you're holding your finger down too long. Try putting your finger half on the touch screen and half on the edge of your phone or something.

I actually had a problem with tiny white bugs on my screen. Like real bugs, as in insects.
