Real question, while i understand restaurants are the most likely business to fail, have you considered creating an authentic chinese restaurant in the US? Your cred of having lived in china could help gain an investor. You could even do a shitty food truck where you use real authentic gutter grease to cook the food.
edit: does china have food trucks like the US? You could start a trend. Just steal the most successful ideas from US food trucks. This is something I would consider investing in personally if you wrote up a business plan and attained a partner in china I could trust and send money to (like an expat, I wouldnt trust any slantys).

Tins vs packaged vs jars. It is the great hotdog debate of the century. I myself am partial to tinned hotdogs, although jars are the most flavourful.

I really refer to sausage, but one can make hotdogs (pronounced in German) from really good sausae!
