Topic: The whole ''cats bringing its pray home is a gift'' theory is a fucking lie.

Yesterday my cat brought a eel home, before that she had brought 4 mouses (still alive) home. I threw the eel in the trash but then the internet revealed that it could survive 1+ hours in the trash. So i am digging through the garbage at 4am looking for a god damn eel. I found it and threw it in the ocean. It survive. Walking home, i hear a woman screaming as if she is being murdered. I stop and i listen, i hear it again and again but i can't tell where its coming from. I can't call the police because according to them i call in un important things
Anyway now she brought another dead mouse home. No animal, especially a cat, is capable of so much love. She knows it annoys me and thus she does it, its a territorial thing. Thanks.
You don't understand. When i was a kid delivering newspapers, i heard women scream for their life all the time. Makes me think that maybe they are just being fucked. Anyway, i could try and run frantically to the direction i think the screams are coming from, it would still be of no use, since i never knew where the sounds came from.

Ok so you lived in a place that, until relatively recently, was an ideal place to live, although it had frequent women screaming, and recently fell from grace in a great way. Hmm. Let me think about this.
Oh, you also live by the ocean.

ITT: Anonymous C is a turkey, and Anonymous A lives in Turkey.
Ah well I'll join the guessing game... if the sex is so loud that you think the woman is being murdered, it's either France or Italy.
Edit:

WTF man. Out of all the European countries, Iceland now is awesome compared to everything else. Why do you think it went downhill since you grew up?

well in 2008 the whole baking system collapsed, nobody really understood the economics behind it all and a big stupid panic happened, people actually panicked and started to hamster food. What did not help is that the whole world wasn't exactly supportive. The Dutch government did not only denounce Iceland but the Icelandic people, the British government used laws against Iceland, laws only meant to counter terrorism. The only support we got was a personal video made by hillary clinton where she assured that Iceland was still an ally of the USA. Keep in mind that a few years back Russian planes had breached our airspace and circle Iceland with planes that are designed to carry nuclear weapons. When that happened Britain sent some fighter jets to escort them as they did that.
Then however, at the baking crisis, the British hated us because Iceland refused to pay debts of private banks operating in Britain.
Ugh, its a long story but we never really recovered. The economy may be fine and dandy even though a lot of strikes are going on and doctors as well as nurses are fleeing the country. But we learned that we truly cannot count on anyone else but ourselves and in any war scenario, Iceland has no chance.

I actually salute for how you handled the banking crisis. You should visit some other countries and see how they "recovered". Slovenia, Spain, Italy, Greece... you guys did the right thing.

Thanks man. I fear though that its all undeserving. We had the luxury to experience a crisis when other countries were not as deep in crisis as they are now. I think foreign governments may have been more forgiving then they are now. Besides, the whole iceland didn't bail out the banksters is only a half truth, i mean we did end up with a lot of debt and so where did that come from if not the failed banks?
Then there are incredible amount of conflicting information. I can't even explain it but its crazy. There is even a debate going around if or if not Iceland really considered becoming a colony of Norway.
Anyway, when you see your own president fighting for dignity, it reveals how bad it is.
No its disgusting and i know nobody who eats it. The only time i ate it was in a school trip about the roots of our ancestors
Anyway i will continue on my rambling. A very interesting thing happened in this crisis, i can articulate it but it goes like this:
The british were demanding us to pay debts that was debatableley not our debts. They said that if we did not form an agreement to pay those debts, they would use their influence to deny us a IMF loan. We did not agree to pay those debts and still we got the IMF loan, you know how? Well the news reported that China had used it influence to help Iceland.
Since then there has been a lot going on with Iceland and China, free trade agreements, investing etc....

Gaming is more relevant to most people's lives than taxonomic classification. Cod, therefore, are properly classified as video games.

It's an Iceland guy thread. If you've enjoyed previous threads of his, I think you'll very much like what's on offer here.

I don't know a whole lot about Iceland guy, but I enjoyed this topic. The other ones I've read didn't really do much for me.
