I like to think he still has some of his old drive and passion in him. By golly, this is the man that soldiered on with Anon Talk even after years of constant, concentrated opposition! It took several hosts dropping him to finally kill the site for good!
Personally, I wouldn't put it past him to put out something new one day, whatever it may be. He seemed to have real dedication and optimism/delusion with AT, after all.

It's possible, sure. He did go through a pretty bad time, possibly enough to scare him away from any major projects again. And, obviously, he's aware that TC and MC would pounce on him the moment he did something like AT again.
