I think ninjj is basically just pronounced like ninja but without the a.

And Negi Springfield isn't even confusing to pronounce so I am ignoring that one.

Negi Springfield: The "neg" from "negative" with a long e sound as the next syllable, Springfield pronounced same as in The Simpsons.

Ninjj: as one word.
