Being a politician means making harsh choices. Yes, an attractive sobbing young girl makes for a compelling argument, but she's not special. They can't say yes to her and no to everyone else. You are measuring this exclusively from a material perspective. Israel is richer, has a stronger military and more influence on the world, so Palestine should accept that and be done with it. That's not how it works. If it worked like that, you'd be living in a vastly different world.
