Were there any questions that you had to really think if the answer was yes or no? If so, which were they?

Does depression count as a mental illness?
What are your attitudes towards the opposite sex?

The happiness question, I think, is really just asking if you're content most of the time. As in not usually actively unhappy.
@577,597 (Triptych)
Ah, righto. I shan't pry, then.

Of course it does. It's in the DSM.

It's not really a subjective thing, m8. Unless it was self-diagnosed, I guess.

yes
at one point my entire sense of self n consciousness was compressed down to a tiny glowing pebble in my skull which was full of fog and creeping growing moss that was about to extinguish it and all I could do was draw circles
no fucking way that's not a mental illness
i feel no differently towards one sex than the other they r both groovy
@577,605 (RWBY Rhubarb !!iNo3FkiZx)

i can never answer questions about the self with confidence.
proud of my body? comfortable, not proud. i'm not like displaying it or anything.
feel happy most of the time? how about content. i'm not like running around manic or anything.
no criminal record? well, not a serious one, but yeah, they got me on record.
won an award? i'm sure they don't mean winning a national engineering competition in High School.
got good grades in school? lol, no. i never did the busy work and always had to make up for it on tests. pissed my teachers off to no end. they would be like, "but you can do this, you test so well!" and i'd be like, "yeah, but no, i'm too busy to color maps with colored pencils for a busywork homework grade. i've got a job."
i think i kinda lost out on some anti-social questions, too. i don't always enjoy being around others and if i can go a day without talking to anyone i will. i also wouldn't call myself popular. i'm also not proud of material things, tbh, i'm more proud of accomplishments. sometimes those things go together, i'm proud of the Pc i built because it's been a really boss workhorse for years and still sits right at the top of the list for quality builds. yes it could be better, but i'm quite proud of the work i put into it to select all of the components and they were all really good purchases, especially the CPU. so i guess i'm proud that it performs so well, but, i'm not proud of my new sofa. I really really love it because it's super comfortable and was actually quite pricy (i don't splurge on home decor) and is a very nice couch and i probably should be proud of it, but i'm like more proud of a "clean room" work area i built out for the guys at work. it's a very large enclosure that expands and collapses and is used to capture chemical vapors. it's made from wood and cardboard and plastic, it's wired with electrical, and it vents through an activated carbon air filter that i built from scratch by hand and out through a 4" inline exhaust impeller-style fan.
so pretty much all the "are you proud of things out of your control" or "do you derive a sense of self worth out of your possessions" kind of questions all got "nos"
