I have tried stop doing those things, but then i just feel like a pleb who has nothing better to do then sitting on his ass all day why watching stuff that never even slightly changes my emotionless face.

Nah. Substance dependence is something I want to avoid. I stick to video games and the Internet to alleviate boredom.

no. usually it's to unwind after a long day at work. i don't even have to feel guilty about it, i deserve some time to relax.
