New Jersey is a shithole, and it's mainly because the state government sucks. Your taxes are too high, your laws are too strict, your police officers are assholes, they illegally confiscate guns, you've got government run monopolies, and a fat piece of shit governor who supports the war on drugs. Rent costs are ridiculously too high, which confounds me because I don't understand why there is any demand to live there. Your beaches are shitty. Delaware beaches are better. It's not a very business friendly state. New Jersey drivers are the fucking worst. I could go on.

I've never met someone who voluntarily left NJ for Delaware but then again if you want to give up excellent school systems, good paying jobs and easy access to NYC for...lower corporate taxes, you are free to make that mistake.

Tax free shopping. Lower taxes overall. Way lower cost of living, yet jobs pay just as well in DE, though you do have more gas station jobs in NJ, I'll give you that. Why would I want "access" to NYC. And saying you've never met someone who left NJ for DE is like someone in North Korea saying they don't know anyone happier in South Korea. Supreme Leader Chris Christie infinity wise in governance. Nope.
