Let's just accept this as fact and move on.
He invented everything in the known universe and beyond, even inventions too alien for us. He advised almost every major figure in human and perhaps alien history. Plus he is always fifteen minutes away from everything because he parks his TARDIS within a certain radius.

Actually Comic Con in theory is in the 15 mile zone - HowSomEver with Downtown traffic logistics its more like 2.5 hours of driving and since client pays for hotel next door I stay at Hotel for duration of Comic Con
So yes client is renting hotel room - Trust this people like that fake doctor of TC who lives in Moms basement is just Jelly.
