The reason they banned it is pretty fucking stupid.

So, it's cheap enough for children to buy... it's illegal to sell it to children in the first place!

They're just passing it off as "thinking of the children", but they say right in the article that the real reason is because Green is costing them millions of pounds every year in benefits and property damage.
