Topic: Run in with law this July 4th

So I was down in Dewey beach, enjoying the fireworks, dancing the night away, and I was playing with 2000mw blue laser. Pretty much everyone at the beach could see it. It was a real crowd pleaser. First cop I passed was like "Where did you get that thing!?" and actually thought it was cool as fuck, wished me a happy 4th and we moved along. Then this other asshole cop was like "lemme see it" and confiscated it. I asked him to show me the law that says I can't have it and he refuses. I ask him to tell me what the process is for getting it back and he refuses. I ask him to write me a citation so that I can challenge it and he refuses. Says I was pointing it at people (which is bullshit, it was only up in the sky). Basically just takes my shit and can't even show me I've done anything illegal. So I research the law myself and it basically says you can't harass people with it. So I go the police station, explain what happened, and even longer story short I get my laser back. They couldn't prove that I had broken any laws or done anything wrong. Every other cop I dealt with was cool except for the one guy. Still got a $75 parking ticket though. Fuckers. Also I spent the night with my friend Jen. Pic related. All in all it was a good 4th of July. Happy belated Independence Day!
