So basically, if women have any gas, they must fart before or while they are peeing. Otherwise they cannot pee.

Ugh. Yes, that's obviously sometimes possible: if you don't have any gas in the hopper, you don't have to fart before peeing. But it is physiologically impossible to pee if you don't fart first when in fact you have a fart in the offing.

It can be done before during or after if desired. I think the standing position helps keep the anus closed enhancing comtrol.
